Success there mate, the profit should make the loss taste sweeter.

What the others have said really :)

At least you can celebrate the fact it's gone with a beer and keep £997.50 (or so...) change!

I'd like to trade bikes, only thing is getting them at a decent enough price. I know how to get them cheap but it's just the risk!

I'm still waiting for the guy to get in touch. I'll be pissed if it falls thru!

He's got 100% positive feedback mate so i shouldn't worry about him throwing it away by not getting in touch.

Good luck!

I'm sure he will , but if not , you could maybe offer it to the next highest bidder as a 2nd chance offer :)

I'm sure things'll be ok though :)

He hasn't called yet :(

I've got his number though and left him a message. His mobile gives his name and company name too so hopefully he'll get in touch soon!

Yeah, or hopefully he'll call first thing in morning and arrange to come down tomorrow. That would be best. He only lives 100 miles away so not too bad.

Fcukin ell mate, what a tw@. Make sure that you leave -ve feedback, ebay is full of tossers like that. I sold a laptop a while back, ended up having to sell it 3 times just to get a genuine buyer. What about second chance offer to the next guy?

You might still get £4340 for it?

Yup, I'm proper pissed off. He's gonna pay my fees and I will get the FVF credited, but when thats done I'm gonna spoil his 100% feedback. D1ckhead.

I've second chanced the 2nd highest bidder, but he has said no thanks, he's bloody put a deposit on one today if not he would have.

I don't really want to offer to the 3rd highest, as that bid was £4100. I may offer and say look, make me an offer... Either that or just relist it. Thing that has really annoyed me is I told the bird I'd take her away for a couple days if it sold, so now I've got to let her down after she's booked time off work for end of next week.
