6 weeks is breaking point tbh. you will think, i'll just have one, then you end up smoking more than you did before!
happened to me a few times.
insurers dont class you as a non smoker until you have packed up for years tho.
just out of curiosity, go the docs and ask them to do a carbon monoxide test on you, you should be bob on by now???
i was wheezing like a pig but after 2 weeks i could run up flights of stairs again :)

good luck anyway - it's worth the effort!

Well done kaz seriously!!!

I have given up since 23/12/2009 since my son Harley was born but i have cheated alittle bit though as i use champix that the docs gave me and the only reason i took it as i get my perscriptions free as i have type 1 diabetes.

Now i think smoking is horrible i had one earlier to see what it was like lol just made my mouth taste funny and really pissed off my mrs lol

But fair play i dont think i could have done it without the tablets to be fair but it matters not how you give up its the fact you have so keep it up!!

Keep going Girl,
you can't weaken now. It's good you can be in a close space with a smoker and it's not bothering you.
I've never wanted to be one of those "holier than thou" smokers who can't stand having smokers around them. Fortunately other smoker don't bother me at all. Which is a good thing, cause most of me mates smoke and I'd be lonely without them

keep going kaz!!!

i found once i had got past 2 weeks it got easier the more grief i gave other smokers (dirty filthy smokers!!!)

food tastes nicer and i now have a liking for fine wine as i can actually taste it!!

after 4 years i just need to shift the extra 3 1/2 stone that i gained cos i ain't buying another set of leathers.

you say you only had 10 a day!! i reckoned i lit about 20>25 but as a welder i would light a ciggy and put it down, only to find 4" of ash on the work bench next time i looked!!

i put £4 in a pot each day, and as soon as i had enough for a track day, thats what i did!!

every 4 - 6 weeks i was thrashing about some where!!!

keep going Hun, dont give up giving up!!
