Currently there are 2 filters made, one for Flatline and one for me.
the deal was that i would get mine free, but that I would post up the dyno results, to show gains if any, jetting requirements etc.
This would be on my own bike, as most of you know it's far from standard but should still show what gains are to be anticipated.
HOWEVER.....
I have just heard that I will be out of work in three weeks.
This means that I can't really justify (not to the wife, anyway) spending money on dyno and jetting runs, seeing as the mortgage will need paying, etc, etc.
Hopefully back in the realms of the employed before long, but in the meantime:
Is there anyone the Kent/London end of the world who would want to get a free filter, in exchange for paying for the dyno time, and possibly a bit for jetting?
I'd help with getting it fettled, carbs balanced etc before it goes on the dyno, and would recommend using HM Racing in Edenbridge, it's a new dyno and well set up; also the techs know Storms very well.
If interested give me a PM, if you haven't had your bike on a dyno before it's no problem to them, it gets revved to the redline but does no damage.
Mine's been dyno'd dozens of times, trying various things.
Form an orderly queue, now....
EDIT:
Now, I was offering this because we told MWR that we would provide dyno results in exchange for a couple of filters, and a bit of publicity.
I offered this deal because it was me that said I would do the dyno bit.
I also had some other ideas to dyno, airbox-wise, ram air, increase in volume, etc.
But as Flatline has stepped in and offered to do the dyno bit (well done that man, big favour owed) I will be hanging on to my filter until I can get cashflow enough to dyno mine, too.
Deal off, I'm afraid.
But hopefully the importer will be able to do a smidgeon of discount for Forum members, and they don't look expensive.
I#ll be able to report on seat-of-the pants impressions on mine, and try a few crude jetting changes to see if I can get the best from it.
Apologies for raising your hopes, if I did.....

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
