Another day, another answer. The number 15 represents the machine I used on a track day last year. It was raining hard all the way up the motorway and stayed that way when we went out on the track. I pushed my luck a lot that morning, ie riding far to fast for the conditions and for a virgin trackie. Fortune and lady luck smiled on me though as I stayed upright and on the instructors ass for most of the morning (his term for our speed would probably be just above tickover!)
When I brought the storm, I made some modifications (as you do), including adding white 'race' panels to the seat cover and nose panel. I decided to put a small '15' in the corner of each panel as a reminder of a memorable morning (and perhaps as a lucky 'charm')
