sorry to ask again but how much road tax on a storm?
The Storm has got to be one of the cheapest 1000cc bikes to insure. I'm not entirely sure why but I'm sure one reason is because they are not so glamorous (in the thief's world) and they have a low re-sale value.

(:-})
If the thief's get wind of martys ebay section in sales and wants there won't be a storm left on the road lol

I paid £1699 for my beauty last November, 10k on the clock, full service history, stamps etc. I have de b8stard it, putting less chav indicators back on, removing tank spine sticker, it has beowulfs on. Mine is particularly mint, silver wheels, 16 litre tank, so it's the last of the old ones on a 51 plate. Personally getting a piece of biking nostalgia that is the VTR is worth £2000 . Buy with your heart. You know it's the way. So it's not what you wanted, flog it. There is always that option.
.........So far, so good, so what!

Why wouldn't you?
I agree, I've had one exactly like that, great bike. But.................the Blades done 33k, the storm 14k, so find a blade of the same year AND mileage for much under 3 grand, you'll struggle. Mine had about 14 on it when I sold it and I got close to 3 for mine.

Why did you sell your blade?
