It was a build someone did but most of the info has gone I'm sure wicky links can find it :-)

I'd like to know more about it, the fairing looks sweet how it fits down the frame spar and covers the sides a bit more.

It;s just moved them backwards. No good for a street bike that. Not unless you want to stop for fuel more often than you do now.

Well... If you want number to shoot for concerning weight, my road bike with all the fancy stuff on it, is 182 Kg wet, full tank, ready to ride...

And with a 53% front wheel bias, less the big nut on top, and the changes to geometry, it's about as stable and flickable as you will ever find a bike...

I don't understand?!

The gap in the tank that is up front on the Storm tank where ram air would fit through on the mori bikes. On this one you have a great big gap towards the rear. You can even see the Red cam cover. It's a bit like when people put VFR800 tanks on, you get gaps at the rear.

So you have lost about 10kg from standard. That's a fair whack.

regarding front forks, get the best possible on track. As I´ve never have problem on street, I feel lack of confidence on track with reworked and braced storm forks, when on brakes. I wonder if old blade 43mm forks can cure it.

I believe weight loss is more than 30 kg. 10 kg from standard is not a deal, new battery and cans can do that easily.

I was juts going by the owners manual that has the storm dry weight down as 192kg. I just checked that against the Racetech calculator and they have the weight down as 197.31kg. Maybe the bikes are more heavy, I don't know as I have never weighed it so have to go my the above.

I've got a slightly grazed left fairing you can have, been a while since I looked at it but sure all mounting points are intact

Eh... You might note... I said 182 WET... Meaning if you take 192 dry, add 16 Kg for fuel, and 5 for oil, and about 4 for coolant, which makes 210 kg give or take... Then slim THAT down to 182... (Note, I'm just "ass-uming" 1 litre equals 1 kg here, which is most likely way off...)

45mm :-) tbh I like kermit the way it's set up with the blade rwu 45mm forks and standard rear shock .
So I now have more to think about -what bike do I fit the wp shock to ?
And what front end to use
