cheers mate guy gave it me with the bike wasn't painted brilliantly
done it myself not 100 percent happy with it but will do for now just need to do my tensioners

Welcome to the nuthouse mate. I had the same problem as you regarding the exhaust stud, and all I can say is ' heli coil '. ( Well, the Clarke equivalent from Machine Mart anyway ). All done in half hour without engine or head removal. ( had to take the front end off, but thats just a good excuse for refreshing the fork oil ). Piece of piss to use, had no problems since.

yea sorted now put some m8 manifold studs in instead of m8 going down to m6 when I drilled and tapped it its slightly off centre but works
