Al, do you have a 24mm spanner in your garage? I may need one but mine is at work
Re: Midland workshop day sunday5th oct delayed till 9.30

Great day and we inducted 2 new members to the midlands chapter
Chris, will (YMV) and lloydie made it like a reunion from chris's wedding, but Malc (waggywinker) came and for stoppers and dave (midlifekrisis) made a drive past visit in the car as he had told his wife he would go get some shopping for her
Then 4of us went for a gentle Thrash round Banbury, Daventry, Southam .... Much fun was had and the gentle soon got forgotten
And the race cans although running a bit rich ( well Chris and Lloyd could taste the petrol when following) fell strong and don't sound loud to me with my ear plugs in. The thumbscrews made it a piece of piss to take 1/2 turn of the mixture

Very good to see all of you again and meet a couple of new ones! Al that was a good ride and well needed .
When we got back to Lloyds I rotated one front disc to match the other which has made a small difference but hasn't solved the vibrations when brakeing. Is it just cause there fully floating discs or could I have other issues. Want to sort it before the track day.
Also toyed with the suspension, still strougling to get heat into the tyres though
