All I can find, is that he's young, not even 40, and has not been living there long just about a year.

He used to stay in SE7 three years ago.

In his new flat before him, there were a few Africans living there (Obiajulu Okoh and Leonard Okoh, then Obiajulu Egbunkonye

He's ex directory and he has no outstanding warrants.

The property has had quite a few folk staying there over the years, so this must be a cheap workers place to stay.

So, I'll say he's either African, or Eastern European.
