That was my thoughts exactly when I saw the parts from one on Ebay

Chris.
I've just been and collected some parts from him this morning.
Nice bloke as it happens but when I told him of the forums sadness over it's breaking, he said that when he buys a bike for breaking he wont tell the seller what he's going to do with it anymore as most owners are gutted that their pride and joy is being stripped.
The storm had been dropped and was an insurance write-off, too much bodywork damage. Though only a couple of damaged panels :o
The problems of having storms that dont fetch much. :(

Still I got the shock for £200 and the rear sets for £180 which seems reasonable to me. I wouldnt have paid more but thats the scottish blood in me :D
Again having mentioned the reaction to the high prices he said he puts them up high and then will accepts less, like the Remus cans he took £100 instead of the £150 asking price but if someone pays the listed price straight off he's obviously happy :shh:

Now to get the shock serviced.
Thanks for posting that A/H

Chris.

Saw it on the bay a while ago and I thought it looked a mess when you see the gaps round the lights and things. The dog logo is appropriate

Needs putting back to std, and then fixing the reason why it wont run
