I had a slight oil leek on the sp oil cooler joint with the 600 fixing .
Two o rings and a washer later fixed the leek .
So it turns out the 600 fixings arnt the best to use .
Topped the oil up to i could just see it in the window when it was on the stand then Ran it up to the red just to make it didn't leek :-)
It took half an hour on tick over to get it that hot lol .. Them next door ain't to happy ha ha

Make them move out so I have somewhere to move to in 2 weeks

I wouldn't complain hearing a V-Twin sing, especially the firestorm, for 30 minutes

Fitted rear grab handle and took my new mate for a ride
Looks like a Lemming has stepped off a building and fallen flat on it's face on your bike.

Today I have just been out over some fantastic roads in SW Scotland, they will be added to our route when I eventually plan our run up here......the only problem is that I was driving a Volvo XC90

Stopper mod completed today, wasn't too bad, most of the time was spent making the key, first one was too soft and turned into a corkscrew! That's the first time I've seen under the tank, all seemed in good condition, but I did want to take the rear plug out just to have a look at the condition, and I couldn't get a socket to fit, bit baffled

, anyway, all back together, hope it fires up ok tomorrow.

18mm deep socket will fit if the circumference is narrow enough to go down the hole or you need a 12mm plug spanner, the 12 is the thread size. If you have the Honda toolkit under your seat there should be one in there. I use one of these

Managed to get down the shops through a blizzard on the bike as I could bend the knee enough to change gear.
rock-up with district nurses yesterday as they didn't turn up to remove staples due to the hospital depending who I spoke to: having forgotten to tell them/too busy after easter/I wasn't housebound enough - so with a special tool and some isopropyl alcohol I did it DIY style.
