had another wide eye moment last night on a fast section of dual carriageway... came round a bend and the road forked left n right and for a split second i wasnt sure which way to take!!
decided on the right as the barrier was getting very close!

I believe the ZX10R would be the 2009-2010 model, by all account FOOOOOOKING hell indeed they tamed em down a abit as they were scaring the owners, personally theres always something I have never liked about Kawasakis, build qaulity one of them, however mine were pre 00s bikes.

well..... i did say the next bike i get will be a quiet one.....
and that i was happy with the standard can......
and i'd only get a different one when my claim comes in.....

that could be my mates bike, black k8 with a racefit growler, its the loudest exhaust i've ever heard, he can't use it on track, even with the baffle in, it was tested at a track and it was 107db
quality bit of kit that makes your bike sound like a F1 car......

Do they make them for the Storm.

and when you think, over 600 milodes its averaged 49mpg... its saved me £48 in juice so far!




on the average consumption gauge ive seen it as high as 29miles / litre - which is 132mpg!!

as you have gone to the trouble of calculating the mpg do you know what mpg the sp did compared to the other two? just wondering?

Lumpy, re fuel on the sp, it did between 90 and 110 to a 15L fill, which is between 6 - 7.3 miles/l.
That is between 27 and 33mpg. I was happy with that as it was considerably more than the storm when ridden hard!

Its hard to see how these things are so economical when they make so much power!
My only niggle is.that it shows miles per litre and not mpg

as for the exhaust, "less is more" as they say .
