MOT on Saturday. Passed, though he did notice that my normal beam setting is high beam and visa versa!! I'd fitted a eastern beaver relay last year- I didn't notice any other way of connecting it so ill have to whip fairing off and have a look!?
Got another Dyno run done at same time as MOT (gratis) - a few tweaks required according to the a/f charts BUT it rides absolutely great at the moment!

just swap over the blue and white wires on the relay that will fix it .

finished off the wheel decals today. stripping down again to get man ccts fitted, rear wheel, new chain an sprocket (down 1 front up 1 back).oil filter change. uprated bulbs. clutch fluid change. rear brake overhaul, new rear brake pedal. and a good clean. took it out yesterday run great that new motobatt and new cbr125 reg rec work well..

had a flat battery, charged it tested the output. went for a little run to see if it would restart and did so dont know what caused it

took a piccy at a stop off point
on way back front brakes squeaky so pads out pins, shims springs cleaned copper slip in lets hope that cures it
going to nottingham tomorow so we will see

so dont know what caused it

Something draining the battery over time like an alarm maybe. I have an alarm and I always ride with headlight on and every few months I have to give the battery a top up charge because of this. Did you check your R/R is giving out a charge.

i ride with lights on all the time and short journeys stop start through town ect ect , ive got a shitty volt tester and it shows 13v when running with lights on or off so hope its just dicharged over a period

Packed it into the van, took it to the new place and took all of 10 minutes to annoy at least one of my new neighbours

also decided that the VTR is gonna be my only bike come October. Can't be bothered with the hornet, just gotta find a way to get rid of it
