Strange you should say that Lloydie, as I am detecting a loose rear end feeling on mine when the raod gets lumpy [not my butt, my bike  ]

cant feel any slack in wheel bearings and they were new in last yr, but I can detect some play in the linkage bearings when I have the bike up on the ABBA stand and then force the wheel up & down , suspect I will be taking that apart to have a beter look tonight.

Any body know if there is always a bit of free play in the linkage as normal, as I never looked before

Also the steering head bearing need tightend and that is now a real PITA with the renthal bars blocking the access to the top nut. as its is a trial and error process I have to remove bars and master cyls. make an adjustment, put bars and masters back on, check to see if it falls away from ctr OK, then take them off and make a further adjustment

forgot cct gaskets so couldn't get that job done
You can just leave the old gaskets stuck in place and use some gasket seal around the base of the CCT. Then also use the gasket sealant along threaded part to seal it and help prevent it working loose.

Titanium Pinch Bolts (Suzuki bolts are made from some sort of mild cheese)

Second hand Carbon Fibre fender of ebay,

took hours of polishing T-Cut and then Wax and then a Gel to get the Stone Chips out and looking good again

Going to mask off the fender and paint the mesh black, looks like it used to be gold at some point.

Well I haven't done anything but its getting its first proper ride today... :( so of course not only does my Dad come at an ungodly hour to ride it to work, he also wakes me up in the process of warming the engine... Just what I want to hear, when I don't even want him riding the thing yet ._.

It's still declared to the DVLA as my bike, under my name. If he gets pulled over I might just say he's riding it without permission

And no seb he's not. We've kept the restrictor kit on the bike, under the seat, but we won't be fitting it for a while..

Now to nervously wait for a text saying "got to work OK" because if the CCT's break I am going to both piss myself and cry at the same time.
