Today I've been busy :-)
Set the tps to 430ohm ish

Added a 2nd lift hole to the rear slide as it was struggling to get onto the needles with the gutted air box
.
Breather pipes all done now but I still need some little filters for the carb breathers .

A small pop filter with a cut down spray can lid to help shelled it from the rain and tucked it up out the way

Hears the air box bottom

Wel I have been busy with my suspension today. Just have a little breather to watch the Grand Prix before going out to do the final bit. I'm glad I got around to this because the bolt that connects to the swingarm was dry and a bit stiff so needing re-greasing. All bearings are good.Spent most of the day cleaning and polishing. :eek2

Here a few pics to keep you going.

Resprayed the seat cowl to match the bike then treated her to a wash and polish.
Also fitted the front number board.
Will fit the rear number boards after the cowl has dried in the sun for a few days.

Great looking bike mate
+1

All done and back together. Went for a quick spin it does feel little better but that might be placebo. I also managed a 2nd gear power wheelie going over a bridge  The next thing to do is play around with the shock setting to try and get the required sag. What should the sag be for the rear? I also adjusted my gear lever slightly, It feels better but I need to train my foot, it needs to get used to the new position.

I managed to get my front wheel a good few inch off the floor going over a small crest which I didn't think was possible over that certain crest. Felt fantastic and scary at the same time because I didn't realise it until I felt the front end hit the road
