Finally broke down and ordered the bearings I need for my Gilles rearsets.
They have been sitting in a box for 5 -6 months so might as well fit them up....
and service the swingarm bearings......it's going to be a long day when my shock finally shows up.....

Dear Doctor, after a recent accident I find myself with a further 5 weeks in a cast & maybe two months of physio to look forward to. To cheer myself up I have already purchased a replacement bike & find myself buying expensive trinkets to adorn it with...

I'll be glad when I can bloody do anything mate, I am so bloody bored, may be you can tell... I like to be able to wash the car, cut the grass, clean windows * anything to relive the boredom but I cant...there is only so much coffee, so much TV, so much sitting in front of a computer a man can take...I might even have to visit the bloody library soon...!

I do see a bit of tinkering as a sort of therapy for the rehabilitation of me wrist once the cast is off & I've got over the initial getting it moving thing out of the way...

Tiiiiiiie iiiiime is on my side, yes it is...yes it is...

* window licking does not count...I find it leaves far too many smears & unsightly marks... before you comment Kev...

That's irrelevant, you still attempted it!!!

Learn to program. It involves minimal effort, forces a high caffeine intake, achieves nothing and wastes days at a time
Oh, and on the plus side. You can interrogate people at PC World and the such to annoy, did it at the phone store yesterday. Most enjoyable 30 minutes of my life

Ouch. In fairness I did go in there with the intention of getting a new phone and contract anyway ( goodbye to my hard-earned monies! I hate having a job already  I miss parents paying for everything )...

And I was genuinely stuck between the HTC One and the Samsung S4... I made up my mind halfway through the conversation because I don't need speakers on a phone (so I don't need a phone that's only major USP is "we have speakers on the front")... But it's fun to intimidate people like so, I rarely get an opportunity to do so. I weigh nothing so I don't have an intimidating figure... Besides, who doesn't love a bit of Inheritance/Encapsulation/Polymorphism/Recursion or whatever programming concept you decide to bring up. ( I lie, recursion is a bitch  )
