We only dropped the forks 5mm and that should help to hold the line
Maybe a shock spacer will feel better for him. :biggrin

Having a rear shock with less than 41k on it would also help :P reminds me that I need to see how much they cost. Thanks for the reminder

I know they kill the hornet, my main concern is that my brother and dad both ride bikes and occasionally I ride his sprint st 1050 for short periods and he rides the hornet supervising me while I do so.. He will notice the extra oooohhhh... 60bhp is provides?

That would be because he has done something to break them.

I've currently found some on eBay that I'm monitoring for the possibility of purchase :)

EDIT: And I've just found they probably won't fit, it's a 900 hornet shock. D'oh! Wombles do I have £300 for a new shock!

lets take them washers out and raise the forks then see how you get on ,
i would go spending money on that thing as the storm is only a few months away ,

i would concentrate on getting your riding skills up to scratch like overtaking .
lesion one , if you cant overtake quickly and cleanly dont overtake .

sounds good, and yeah. I know that lesson, was always taught by my dad "not to fly unless you have somewhere to land" makes sense really. I'm gonna point out overtaking the C1 was on a dual carriageway and I was not being suicidal and throwing myself into oncoming traffic

And yeah, I'd rather avoid spending the money but my back bloody aches after the speed hump things on the way back from leamington. Basically have the choice of getting my back slapped by a macbook, or impaled by the macbook or phone charger.
