I,m just popping up to meet people, had a hard days graft at Tony,s work shop day just watching everyone else work :D :D

Had a head bearings advisory for two years now but i cant feel any problem.
Would not mind fitting some from fork springs if i can get them. But both of them are a maybe.
Oh and pay your for the mirror extenders.

Keith needs his cct,s doing if we can get them.

Hope to see you them

Cool. USA or Japanese set?
they didnt have the USA all balls option when I bought mine, so I can only comment on the Japan option.........they both have the matching seals so both should be fine
mine were £30 from http://www.bitzforbikes.co.uk - next day free delivery
kyoto bearings - quality. and all the seals etc.
looks like theyve gone up a few quid but still worth it

i'l see if i can get down on the day... see what happens.
as it happens i'm off work that week anyway

Think we will just have to carb balance all of them just to keep busy

But should allow us to get the jobs done quick and get out for a ride and a bbq

Need to find out if Clive & Pauline are comming and Rob

Clive, thought we had lost you!

tell us what you can do and we will see if we can work round your availability.............if you get here after lunch should still be time to do the CCT's if you have the inspection covers alreay tested to make sure they can be undone

Bearings ordered. CCTs in hand. Just the baby sitter to sort out now :)

Are there any cheap B&B/Hotels near by that you know of Al?

I'll be planning to ride up Friday evening. (in laws are away) If not I'll leave early Satdy morning.

Look up EdenEnd B&B in Hockley Heath, it is in the village and run by a friend of a friend...........they have good off road parking and well rated.

Give us a bell when you get there and I will join you for a pint on friday night.

I have PM'd this list of names with the address, if I have missed you off and you intend to join us on 16th, send a PM and I will sort you out.

Clive & Pauline - CCT's but not sure if they can make it
Rob - Head brgs and clutch - not sure if you are comming
Geo - head bearings
Styler & a mate - dont know what Jobs
Waggy - CCT's
StormShun -

Tony.mon & Benny Hedges - technical experts and tea drinkers.

I have 1 normal paddock stand, 1 ABBA stand, and a pair of axle stands that can be used on the foot rest hangers once teh exhausts are removed, so in theory we can have 3 bikes with wheels off the ground. If you can bring one with you that will be a help, I will also see if any of my neighbours has one to give up for the day.

Tony will have shims, and some vac adapters, I will sort out some hose and T-pieces so we can do teh carb balancing.

reccomend a kick-off time about 10am, but call me if you will be late and we will reserve a space. Just got to hope for good weather.
