It's gloss black & the pic was taken in the depths of the MacCave with flash, hence the highlights.

rode my bike very sensibly :shh: from london to wisbech and back, roughly 250 miles, apart from rain/drizzle, stupid lorry drivers that must overtake each other even tho they're only doing 1mph faster than each other.... :x
the A14 being the worst dual carriageway for it in the entire world, and that fact that i might get a speeding ticket in the post... :(
and finally some east london yob throwing a liquid based object at me from a bridge whilst i was doing 50mph on the A102m. i had a lot of fun, riding up in the fen lands, nice and flat, easy to see around the bends, loads of cars moving politely out of the way where they here the roar of the mighty v-win coming up behind them.....
the reason for the journey, to see alastair at else made upholsterers, i needed a little modifaction to my seat. it only took him 15mins, as usual he did a top notch job, the mans a genious when it comes to bike seats, i'll be putting more work his way in the future....

8541Hawk wrote:Well just got a hold of the guy who found my phone and should have it back tomorrow evening.

I can contact you then but for a quick answer, you can change the springs and play with the oil weigh and level for a quick fix or we could also re-valve them if you want to go all the way and do a proper fix.

We can do either option here so it would just be parts and my normal rate to put it together for you and it would just be a few hours even if we change the valving.
Funny thing.. you loose your phone the same day my pc decided to expire.. I'm thinking of going all the way. Its a really big choice. I need to.let one of my bikes go and the only problem im having with the hawk is the suspension.. the fz6 suspension is great but 600 cc is not cutting it.. lol we'll definitely be in touch. Thanks
