I would leave the inset bit above the the rearm engine mount as is. It sort of makes a feature out of it. Top Yolk would be good in Chrome also. Air tools make things so much easier.

Anger has subsided, after buying a bike and hiding it in the garage, the Mrs has finally given me permission to play with my bike, so mostly today I shall be stripping and replacing my CCT's before buying a box of chocolates for the Dragon upstairs

I would say is do it but the last one I did shock my confidence a little
