Got it all bolted back together last night after fitting the stick coils, heated grips (and eastern beaver relay supply for the grips), SP1 quick action throttle tube and the billet inlet trumpets, but was to late to start it up, so did that today.

Good news is it starts so the coil wiring is good, and the grips are great....no more freezing fingers on the 1st ride out in spring.
With the trumpets fitted I think there will need to be some jetting checks, as it was more lumpy at idle and bogged a little if you blipped the throttle (fast)..... but as it is cold, roads are salty and then it started raining, there was no way I was going to go for a little spin to test. Will plan a dyno early in the spring to get it running just so.
Any recommendations for a midlands dyno man? Lloydie, who have you used? Last one I used was Allgears but that was 23yrs ago on my MZ racer
Just got to fit the R6 brembo rear master cyl and start looking at the swing arm brace now.
