a tough old day today, me and carlos toiled away putting a rolling chassis together with a minty fresh engine inside it.
put my hagon shock back on aswell, lots of disappearing nuts and bolts....
but we got there in the end, still lots to do before the bike is anywhere rideable.
pictures tomorrow, i'm to knackered now....

Totally removed the paint from the WP shock and its now getting powder coated, i was not happy with the paint. Polished the bike ready for a Sat blast. hopefully dry and warm at 11 degs

missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

I'm hoping for a dry Sat too!bigtwinthing wrote:Polished the bike ready for a Sat blast. hopefully dry and warm at 11 degs![]()

Tonight I put my shock back on, linkages, swingarm, rear wheel etc and put my freshly "Jonesey'd" front calipers on, filled up with fluid and put my shorty titax levers on.
Also popped the airbox lid off to loctite all the screws, after my rear brake reservoir went awol I've been worried incase I missed any other bolts.
Only a few bits left and my bike is finito!!
