I would recommended that if people can afford it do the front end conversion, it is fantastic

it feels so smooth effortless to do anything. OK if you try to turn in like you would on standard storm forks you need to change your trousers but its great. I rode back from Lloyd's in the dark and I was a lot quicker than I was on my old storm and that's all because if the front end. It really is a money well spent upgrade. I just had to buy a bike to get it

It was so good I nearly reached the edge of the tyres without even trying, and yes that was in the dark

have to admit the headlight helped, its nice and bright.

its tough making these choices chris, make a pro's and con's list
then just throw all the good bits on one bike and sell the rest....

That's the idea. I have my own little Carl

Lloyd has been very busy stripping my old one down getting all the good bits off it and made a start cleaning the old bike ready for sale. I'd love to be there helping but I wasn't able to get down today and won't till Saturday when it will be more or less ready for sale

I have to admit I am so glad I got Ady's bike. I has made such a difference, I'm a lot more confident in the corners already and if only done 120mile on it, if that

you had a result mate....
a well sorted bike from a trusted forum member is worth its weight in gold.
the front end alone is worth £600 to £700, enjoy your new toy....

erm and no lloydie will never be a LITTLE carl.....

I've been playing with this today. It's not mine it's my mates and hasn't been started in about 7 years

I've volunteered to service it and get it going. So today I gave it a wash.
