Ordered a new cover, fittingly called a 'Storm Shield', after the recent gales shredded my trusty 10 year old cover.

Started fitting a hybrid hydraulic/cable clutch today, some of it fits, some of it doesn't, we'll see.

Varadero sprocket cover is on, but now all I have to do is install a hydraulic M/C, reservoir, clutch line and a natty little slave cylinder that terminates in a little rod and barrel, to go straight on instead of a cable.

Annoyingly, different sized banjo's, so I couldn't just connect the standard Storm one to the new slave cylinder.

I also test fitted an SP1 sprocket cover; just like the Varadero one it fits on the top three bolts, but misses the lower one.
It works fine, though, and takes the same slave cylinder as standard, so it's just a straight swap.

The SP cover is much shorter, and will clear the frame extension plates that I'm working up to, which is why I wanted to see if it would fit.
Lighter, though.

Pics will follow once I've got it right.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

today i took advantage of a quiet day in the workshop and bored out the ports on my ped cylinder, in prep for the oversize rebore :)

i got one for my car a month or so ago, they look like a forgers dream, stick it on your pc, change the details around and print off a new one, would probably work when fooling the police in spain, although everything is on the database in the uk......

Today I began the clean up of the set of Harris Ovals purchased from Mr Tony Mons esq. this past weekend.

Below is a ''before'' pic, don't hold your breath for the ''after'' pic as work commitments may have to come first, however I have promised Tony that they will be on 'Ole Red within a month.

WARNING The following pictues may contain socks.

Do you have to wear socks that tell you what you are doing and what age you are? Do you have other socks that say "working"

And worse than that you have them on the wrong feet!!

And you have the big toes on the outsides of your feet.....

Did you have the camera the right way round?
