Adjusted the CCT again as my last adjustment i did was slightly too loose
Also Adjusted the Clutch adjuster as it was slipping and starting to do my tits in

Clutch Adjustment in Colour pictures.
Tools Required;
4mm Hex Key, 10mm & 12mm spanners, medium cross head screwdriver, 10mm & 19mm sockets and a ratchet
Symptoms adjustment on screw is required;
Bike pulls forward when in gear with clutch in and throttle applied, bike feels like clutch is slipping when riding at constant speed or on acceleration
Steps;
Pic 1 > Wind Span Adjuster in

Pic 2 > Prop Tank (seat off tank plastics off and two front tank bolts undone 4mm hex / allen head)

Pic 3 > Location of cable adjustment, take the slack up with this, 10mm &12mm spanner required

Pic 4 > Check for slack at the lever arm and the clutch lever 10-15mm at the clutch lever

Pic 5 > Remove clutch release adjuster cap 19mm socket

Pic 6 > Clutch adjustment screw at the top

Pic 7 > Loosen the lock nut >hold the rear with a 12mm spanner and 10mm socket on the lock nut

Pc 8 > Holding the rear 12mm turn out the screw two or three full rotations

Now turn in the screw until resistance is felt
Now from this position turn the screw back out half or a *quarter of a turn
Then hold the screw in place and tighten the 10mm lock nut down again
Replace clutch release adjuster cap (11 N.m - 8 lb-ft )
Finally check free play adjustment again at the lever take up the slack with span adjuster to get correctly play
*Manual says half turn on screw but a quarter is recommended
Its of no use here mind but least i can coppy it over if i find a decent K5 / K6 UK owners group forum, might have to make one as its a nightmare the facebook page as there is no guides or anything just endless pics of dumb sh1t and crap videos half the time
