Now I Don't Much Care For Fighters But ....

Post by RedStormV »

I'd give this one a home!

Forgive any crappiness to pictures - taken on mobile.

TL1000S as seen at Rufforth today - 02/08/08

Image

'R' Reg for sale at £2150 ono - 8800 ish miles on clock.

Image

With Ohlins forks and shocker, CF hugger & mudguard, polished Triumph top yokes.

Optional set of matching leathers £80

Now I don't do fighters really, they don't 'float my boat' and I know it's not a Storm, but at least it's a V-Twin :)
Whether it's because of the 'in yer face' 'Aaarrrgh where's me sunglasses' powder coated colour scheme or because, you couldn't build it for the money, I don't know, but I like it, a lot :D

Not that you can see him in the pictures posted, but my mate, who bought a '65 BSA Thunderbolt last year to 'slow' himself down, was busy writing the guys number down and salivating as I took the pictures.
He's always liked the TL but never owned one.

Hope he does ring bank manager on Monday and purchase it, then I can play too.

Enough to bring out the 'hooligan' in anyone.

Now that's an oxymoron if ever there was one  Is it owned by the Colourblind Bikers Club chairman or something?
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

Is that meant to be bullet holes in it? Why am I getting flashbacks to the special edition Citroen 2cv that was in that james bond film.

Lets see how many old farts remember that one.
