What's my Firestorm worth?

Post by TSP »

I'm thinking of selling my Firestorm but I have no idea what it's worth!

It's an import black 98 model with 9k on the clock (it has done less miles as it was running km clocks for a long time)

It's in very very good condition and is far from standard...

It has Revolution front end, Technoflex shock, R1 Brembo radial M/C, brand new Renthal CSK with X Ring gold DID chain (+1 and -1), QA throttle, DB screen, Remus road legal oval cans, braided brake and clutch lines, brand new sintered pads... the lot, basically it looks standard but has loads of nice bits on it.

It's been off the road since last december having a strip down, full clean and rebuild (I have pics to prove it!) but I just don't want a bike anymore!

So, what do you guys think it's worth???

Mate you will not get the money back for the extras unless you strip them off and sell separately, the bike standard with that mileage should fetch between £1500- £1900 max. With the ebay price of the bits that should make up some extra cash. I might be wrong lets see what other members reckon.

I know I wont mate, daft of me to modify it so much really!

I wonder what I'd get for the aftermarket bits, I've got the standard bits to fit back on...

Hmmm I dunno

Cans, Brembo and shock will fly the rest will have to stay on the bike I would have thought. The shock will sell on here, cans always go well on fleabay and brakes could sell here aswell. Got to get £300 min could eb up to £500 the shock is worth good money.

in that case £1.50, cos if you don't want a bike anymore you have lost all sense of reality anyway. :)
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!
