TT - Isle Of Man

Post by RedStormV »

Anyone going?

Anyone interested and not gone before?

At time of post it's 8 months away give or take a few days.

Practice week usually starts last week in May.

Race week 1st week in June.

Mad Sunday is the middle Sunday of the 2 weeks.

Next year however, the TT fortnight starts 30th May

More info here: IOM TT

Ferry bookings here: Steam racket

TBH think I'll be giving it a miss next year, only done practice week for last few anyway, too many idiots and way too many police about race week for my liking

But anyone who's not been, it's one of those things that's just got to be done, at least once.

Graeme.

I'm going as well, camping not yet booked but will book ferry this w/e.

Been twice before but not since mid eighties- don't suppose much will have changed!

This year we went to Valencia in October for the MOTO GP, and it bloody snowed, so next year I'm off to somewhere sunny and warm......

Hey, Steve, I've just noticed that your bike is a negative of mine- I've got a yellow one with a black bellypan!

I'd love to go, but I can only organise the race team! Missed out on le mans this year due to a new baby, got out of this trip for the same reason. I should blag it next year i hope!

Watch out for our bike, it's got Ryan Farquhar on it!

(Sorry it's a kawasaki... (not really))

Did the NW200 this year, and at short notice. I reckon I will be there next year, with a bit of planning and saving up, should be a cracking trip.

My mate has just set off (He spanners for Guy Martin) they are all set and looking forward to winning some trophies :D

I do a convincing impression if you want a stand-in for any of those unused freebie tickets :D :D
