From a VFR 800 and I’ve never heard that there’s a problem with the CCT on there Vfr’s so it looks like its something engine specific :mad2

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

I'm a member of the VFR forum and have been for about 5 years now
Not very active now and usually post in the classic viffer section :wink:

Read the posts again there on about cam chain rattle not failure
One guys saying he left his and ignored it then just retention the springs

Yeah, interesting about rewinding the spring etc. They do some bl%dy high mileages on these bikes don't they? :eek2 :clap:
