Clutch cover

Will a clutch cover from a 2000 bike fit a 2003?

The colour is slightly different and I hope that's the ONLY difference!

And any suggestions on best place to get the gasket?

Think they are the same covers, but someone may know for sure, gasket is certainly the same part number for each year so that would suggest the cover is the same.
