struggling with pics

When i had xp posting pics was no prob,with this vista it is,anyone got the time to explain to me in laymans terms.My photos were hosted on photobucket,wotdo i need to get em over here.Thanks

well all you have to do is select the photo you want and select the code for direct link, right click when it is selected, it will go blue, then select copy. That will copy the code, then on here you select "img" then paste the code by right clicking and select paste. The code you selected should appear between the two image statements that are in square brackets, just like this,

which is the direct link to my image then between 2 img statements looks like this
