You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Just bought the black one, and no, there's no brackets with it and it's not pre-drilled either! I think it's going to be a bit of a bugger this one.
It'll go nicely with the moriwaki full system I've blagged though.
