its 2500 miles till its next service so do i wait or shud i just bung in some new oil and filter?

Oil and Filter
a few months back i seriosuly flooded the bike. now although i dont usually sniff the oil i was checking it the other day and it is rather black and smells like it has a smidgen of petrol in it.
its 2500 miles till its next service so do i wait or shud i just bung in some new oil and filter?

never too soon to do oil and filter imo.
for what it costs is it worth waiting?
some fair priced oil & filter sets on ebay atm - worth a look

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
