Thought of this myself, especially as the SP1 and 2 pistons are 100mm instead of the 98mm diameter of the Storm.
But although it looks like a good idea, according to Roger and several other people I've spoken to about it, the walls would be too thin if you did.
A complete re-sleeve might be possible, but TBH it's more money than it's worth considering it'd be cheaper to just buy an SP1 or 2.

thanks tony i had a sneeking suspision the wall would be too thin,i'm off to look at an sp2 tomoro but a m8 told me that he was dissapointed when he test rid 1 so stuck with his firestorm also are the ccts a common problem,my front 1 went aweek ago and bent the exhaust valves and on telling him this he said his are the originals and they've got 55thou of hard riding and trackdays under their belts.i now have manual ones and i'm ready to do the timing(to the letter of the manual of course)so my silver and blue beast should be causing havoc around sherburn very soon lol.

You could always go the Big CC Racing turbo option?
