agree with the lads on the front rad. #
they look very vulnerable exposed like that, plus you have lost the ram air cooling effect the fairing gives...
i like the hi level pipe too - i think thats the first ive seen with the pipe tucked behind the hanger - or at least the first time ive noticed it...
wouldnt mind some of those link pipes if you can remember where you got them???
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

Thanks guys.
No, those aren´t the tipicall roads here, that was just a test to see how it handles.
Sorry but i kind of like the two side rads.
Anyway, the single radiator is not something i´ll do to this bike cause this mod is all done with the thought of reversing back to the fairings and the stock look any time i want.

Speedtwin is a good name for it, thanks

Sorry but the pipes were custom made here, and they were made in 1998, so can´t remember were exactly too.
As for the ram air efect, i´m expecting some heating at some degree, but so far so good. It´s the same temperature as always.

Not normally a fan of naked Storms but that's done quite tastefully in my opinion

Thanks Pete.

Ok, so now i´m looking for a pair of black frame sliders but not too big.
Just enought to keep the rads safe in case of a let go and fall, in any parking lot or so.

I could use a help with an online store here in Europe.
Any thoughts? Advices? Not ebay cause already search there and i dont like the ones there now.
I´d like some especific for the VTR...

That looks really good mate, love the look of the Triumph front lights, I also have a naked storm and really like the look of the side rads, think it keeps it looking a little different to everything else out there, each to there own i suppose!!

Thanks Beasley.
I know what you mean, whenever you see a bike with side rads you know it´s a VTR.
It´s an iconic thing.

given the title of the thread, and the fact that there was low probability of you being female, I was a bit apprehensive as to what I might see :eek2 :eek2

Thankfull it was the bike that had taken off its kit, and with the double lights and fly screen it looks very good, like it

Thanks Chris, that´s trully a greát compliment.

The manual cct´s are arriving, and i´m thinking about cutting a bit more of the front suspension in order to lower the front end wille having it on the bench.

The purpose is to get her to curve even better than it is, but i´m a bit reluctant about the ergo and loosing the confort level it have now.

Any thoughts? Anyone?
Will it improve the curving?
Should i cut?
How much?
