Has anyone lowered the bar height - I.e. Got clip ons with no lift (dropping the bars by an inch or so)...?
I fancy a slightly sportier feel, but not to the extent of going under the top yoke, and thought if I have flat clip ons I'll get a slight drop....

i dropped my forks by 15mm and it's given the bike a very aggressive stance, feels (and rides) much sportier and also helps keep the wheel down! ---------------------->
you can see in the avatar it looks more leany
is yours the later one then clive? with the slightly higher bars?
maybe get some bars off the first storm>
i thought i'd found a smart pair in the garage until i looked closely and one said makita and the other said bosch
they were the side grips off my drills lol, but they look bob on for the bike!
would you not run into the same problems with them hitting the flat bit of the fairing with the switchgear> the std bars are a bit close.

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
