What youre looking at (as if you all didnt know) Are 2 very rusted, very siezed, very almost rounded screws for the clamps that hold the carbs onto the rear cylinder..

Im trying to replace some bad condition ones, for better ones, with a working choke to boot.

Any ideas of how i can get these clamp/bands off, destroying them obviously, but safely and without damaging the rubbers or other stuff?

wd40 and 8mm socket on a long extension
then buy some new ones.
