Cure for noisy carb sliders anyone??

Post by rumpleforeskin »

Any cure for noisy carb sliders, The constant ticking/clicking/chattering at low speed is driving me insane.

Clearly why i have to go faster all the time, incase the sound catches me up or summin like that officer...

Maybe i should just shell out for some aftermarket pipes, or drill my baffles and see if i can scare the clicking away

Mine does it in top, not other gears.
Odd, huh?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

easiest way to cure any rattle is a good set of noisy cans and a pair of sponge earplugs.
no worries

why do you think it's the carb sliders????
if you've ever watched them with the airbox off you will see they don't move much, just up & down :confused
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.
