NAME OF TOOL??

what's the name of that special security type tool, like a hex but more like a star with a dot in the middle.... looks like it needs a special type of alen key.

with out it i cant get the lock unit of the storms top clamp :( and dont want to use the impact driver to shock them out.

These any good, the security bits at the back :?: Not sure what size you'll need, but this must be what you mean I guess.

what are they called do you know at all those on the back row to the right are what i need, i need small ones... god knows what size

I would have said the ones at the back are the 9 Security Torx Tamperproof Bits T8, T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, T35, T40

Now you mention it Tim, I think my Storm has shear bolts holding the ignition switch in it too.

correct that is. i got a shiny new top yoke for mine but couldnt get the shear bolts out without drilling them and was off to bulldog so left them.

those security torx... waste of time trying to drill a torx bit (ive tried lol)
i used a broken drill bit to chisel the pin out the middle of the bolt and then used a ordinary torx key.
You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

I do have a set 3/8" drive, and some smaller screwdriver (hex fit) ones - if anyone ever gets stuck....
