you've put the vacuum line on the wrong stub on the fuel tap
don't worry, you're not the first!

First up, what was the problem (if any) that prompted you to take of and clean up the carbs?

That will help any of the more fuelling expert residents narrow down things. Though working backwards from where you are now - did you connect the tank fuel and vacuum hoses back correctly (& without nipping anything) - plus turn the tap back on?

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

theres a 6mm vent pipe that heads off down toward the swing arm, and a 6mm vacuum pipe that comes from the rear cyl inlet stub.
swap them over.

i havent got a fuel tap on mine now so i cant show a pic - but if you search fuel tap theres been loads of posts and pics of the exact same problem.

just swap them over and it will run. easily done, easily fixed.
