sons ex bike update

Post by warby221 »

Well after having a moan about the lad and him telling me he didn’t want a bike when I’d just about finished it
I thought I would put up some pics of the finished article less mirrors

There being a bit elusive at the moment so if ant one has any ideas what would fit their 40mm centres and the mountings fasten to the fairing vertically
you can just see the mounting bolts for them on the fairing between the botton two bolts on the screen

Plus seeing how it will probably end up being sold there may be someone on here that knows someone who would appreciate it

It’s in good old Italian (r157) red with gunmetal silver

Re mirrors, the ones I have on my storm have adjusters (slots) so that they fit various centre distances- and they've got the LED indicators in.
About £30 or £35 last time I bought a pair.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

when i rode it i thought you had hid your vibrating rock rings in them :D

handlebar mirrors pwn imo - a great advantage for scanning for plod at the lights, and for the lad, he can check his hair is still going sideways.

Can see it going on eBay but I’ll do it after Christmas some time

it’s just the hassle of using eBay to sell something like this loads of 16 year olds trying to swop there pushbikes or the family dog for it

Or bidding with bugger all money so they can show there friends that their the highest bidder and they are getting a bike or that there sure there parents will buy it for them when they win
:x :x :x
God I put myself right of it now :( :( :( :(
