suspension set up

hi you lot,
ive just aquired a 1998 firestorm.im off to the isle of man soon and intend to do some track days this year as well.any help would be greatly appreciated!i dont have any money to spend so ive just got the bike settings to play with.(by the way im 12 stone if that makes any difference)

6mm spacer over shock sharpens up steering, costs nowt and (unlike dropping forks through) doesn't compromise ground clearance. Try it, you'll like it! Template on the link you've been given, but cut the hole U-shaped so that you can just 'slide it in'! (And yes I have used the same smut elsewhere on this site)
