Alarm advice

I have a VTR with Datatool alarm and the insurance company wants to know what type of alarm it is. Simply telling them its a datatool that screams like a banshee being rapped and flashes the lights just isnt enough to keep them happy.

So....where would I find the alarm details if I havent got the docs for it?
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes, I'll see you on the dark side of the moon.
