They look like a set from ThePont, who advertised some on here but then disappeared for a while (I believe he wasn't well) so other people have started to manufacture as well.
That advert's description isn't very good, though, and they're about £20 too expensive! And why would you buy two sets when you only need one? It's not as if they're a consumable part.....
To answer your question, it may well be that the VTR ones are common to a couple of other bikes, but would recommend that you buy VTR-specific ones from a contact on here, that way you know you will get a decent product that fits your bike.
