a mate in oregon sent me theses pics of a 83 gs1100 he's restoring....

on the road it was a bit uneasy in corners and tended to fall in a bit and not want to come up again....

i wonder why

Whats the crisis? A good wire brushing and a dollop of grease should see it fit for another 100,000 miles :lol:

but seriously, pretty scarey that he was riding it with that level of decay, must have felt like it was locking up some times and then hinged in the middle other times.
