Today I have mainly been turning this...
Claggy strip.jpg
Into this...
Claggy in bits 1.jpg
Claggy in bits 2.jpg
Claggy in bits 3.jpg
Claggy in bits 4.jpg
Remarkably for a bike with 120k on it, used all year round, the top engine bolt came out with just a bit of hammer action & some plus gas... No grinders were use in the deconstruction...A large braker bar & the mains uggadugga gun did see some action...

Just a few bits to do to finish it off, remove the clutch case, the front head & the reduction gear.

Balanced the carbs then drained them as I won’t be using it again this year .
Noticed a fork seal is leaking so another job to do over winter .

Nue red got put away for winter, drained the tank, drained the carbs, fresh oil n fitter, cleaned, adjusted & splurged the chain with chain lube, coverd the exhaust spouts, slipped a cover over it. Roll on April...

Washed Hamburg, did the chain, checked the oil & tyre pressuers.

CBR600F4i calipers rebuilt. New seals, pistons etc ready for fitting. The CBR m/c is already on the bike waiting. On some of the shots you can see where the machining was done to aid clearance at the fork leg mounting points.
