Still, it's given me some time with the new bike. Bar end mirrors replaced with stock, not as aggressive in looks but the bike goes through the door more easily and I can see behind me.

Drain holes drilled in the belly pan, quick shifter now working and the Ventura luggage rack fettled to fit where I want it.

Roll on warmer weather.

I can imagine you are itching to get out in your new leathers and on your new bike Nick
I have heard said that the wait is sometimes the best bit :D :D

The Murvinator got some loving today.

Fitted new cush drive rubbers.

Found a l/h switch gear, stripped, cleaned & lube.

Fairing off to get to the wire bundle...

Took the old one off & fitted the new.

Boxed back up & tested all good...

Then it started raining as was expected... :x

So gave up...

The flange & an oil change can wait till the next dry day.

Sort of a dry day.

Out on The Murvinator quick spin to drop a parcel off.

It was hosing it down overnight & most of this morning but dry until this eve so made the most of it & went out.

Reasonably warmish but blinking blowy!

Roads sort of dry & not slimy as all the crap has been washed off...

Nope, makes no sense at all. Removing the first 18 words just leaves "a hoowee".

Kindly follow the approved format.

Oiled chain, checked tyre pressures and had my first firestorm ride of '25.

Went on mostly back roads but many tractors must have been out just before me as the roads were greasy and covered in mud and muck.

Was still brilliant to get out though :)
