Well done, Mac, you can't be lazing about playing with bikes all your life... On second thoughts, erm,....
Hope it goes well, and that they honour existing holiday commitments for Wales😁
Wales has been booked... I might smell of old cooking oil though...

After a good look in the mirror I decided it was time to do something about my aging man boobs and have them removed.
Out with the old and time to start a new chapter.
I must say, I’m pretty pleased with the results.

I got one of those coming too Pete :D the darker blue for me as the triton blue been about for years, still looks good but wanted something different. Should pick up on the first of sept then off to Spain on the 4th. got 2 days to run it in then 1st service, having to enlist the help of a couple friend to help run it in for me, I'll do first 100-150 miles then 150 each for them, then over to me to take for service, that should be enough, last minute cram it in for sure

Sadly I've sold my storm to help fund this, but it's going to a good home and one of my oldest friends.

Picture off internet.

.
You'll love it Malc.
Its a real pussy cat in B mode but its got a bit of an attitude in A mode.
Suzuki have fixed all the bits, fueling ect, which were the main complaints and added a quick shifter, slipper clutch, which were the main complaints of the old model. Its smooth, really smoooth! :cool2
It'll be interesting to know how it compares to the Katana other than the range
sirch345 wrote: Tue Aug 16, 2022 9:13 pm So you've got yourself a new bike, nice one Pete
You must like the big Suzuki, and in blue
Chris,
it had all the feature I wanted and its as cheep as chips compared to the competition.
I had 38 thousand trouble free miles from the last one and it still looked good, even after surfing through a ford
AMCQ46 wrote: Wed Aug 17, 2022 7:07 am Nice looking bike Pete, will be interest to see how it suits Scotland roads. Did you get your shock fitted yet?
Working hard to get it ran in and the first service done Ali. I want to test it on those roads too. Still running the standard shock at the mo but i think with a new remote bracket I can fit the ould one once I've had it serviced :D
I might be back marker for a bit :(
My new ride is a bit of a Howler and I love to make her Squeal

Pete,
You must have read my mind as I was wondering how many miles you had covered on your old bike :D
You can't argue with that can you re: still looking good, 38,000 trouble free miles, and a competitive price 8)

I read about your drenching on the way to Al's, that must have been a shock, glad you were okay.

Enjoy your new bike Pete, and you too Malc

Bloody hell, they're all getting quicker bikes. I'll have to get tuning mine or get something quicker to keep up on the "forum" meets...

Can you get a 'busa engine in a frame that handles?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
