Not so sure.
To put that lot right would take it over the price of a semi-tidy one.
By the time you have plastic repairs, paint, stickers, crankcase cover, oil, cans, maybe bars and end weights, you're going to be up to £1050-1150, depending on new or secondhand parts (if you can find them).
I'd have said it was a bargain at £400, worth looking at around £500, but no more.
Swinging it would be new tyres, a year's MOT, and a years tax, then maybe £650, tops. But I'd have to be drunk on payday.
Mind you, I'm well tight.....
Chances are it was an insurance write-off (cat C, beyond economic repair); if so that drops the price by lots.
Resale value would be lower.
