No idea from the description, or should I say, lack of it....

Suggest that you just fit a resistor in series with each indicator, mimicking the load same as a standard one.
Alternatively a specific relay to replace your standard one which is design to cope with LED indicators.

That way you're guaranteed to get a proper flash rate.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Thanks Tony, got resistors fitted already by the previous owner, but the wiring is a mess and needs regular poking as I never know whether they're gonna flash fast or slow. I just want to rip the whole mess out and replace the relay.
From the little I can see in the pic, it seems to have the correct connector - for a tenner I think I'll give it a punt....

I've fitted twice those aftermarket round relays and they quickly shake themselves to bits - and that's despite trying to isolate them from the worst the storm can offer. Fitted second-hand OEM one from another Honda model (same model no. check Ron Ayers reverse part function) and been fine since.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
